Here is an excerpt:
"Greetings, Lord Arundel. I am Lord Sasuke Uchiha, Baron Wulf, and I come in the name of His Grace, the Duke of Normandy, William. We have come to claim these lands in his name.
And what makes William and you think I will give you these lands peacefully? Lord Arundel inquired, taking his time to analyze the man in front of him. The question was made in a sincerely curious tone rather than an arrogant one, which told Sasuke something about the Saxon lord.
Sasuke opened his mouth to answer, but then his eyes, that were surveying the earls escort, caught a slight movement caused by the wind and stopped at the sight of Pink hair? The delicate features of the soldier blew his cover; there was no way that small, slim creature was a man.
What is this? He moved his horse forward, getting closer to the so-called soldier. The girls companions tensed. Is it some kind of Saxon tradition for the men to make women fight their own battles? He said sarcastically.
What ? Lord Arundel looked at the person he was staring at and let out a surprised and frustrated gasp. Sakura! I told you to stay inside.
The girl called Sakura took off her helmet and long, silky pink hair fell over her back. She had the greenest eyes Sasuke had ever seen.
I couldnt stay there, Father, not knowing what was going on here. Besides She looked at Sasuke with a suspicious expression. I dont trust these Norman pigs.
Sakura, close your mouth! Her father roared impatiently. Did his daughter wish to cause an unnecessary war simply by offending the Norman baron with her thoughtless words? Take her back to the fortress. He ordered his men, who tried to grab her horses reins and drag her back, though unsuccessfully, since her gray mare didnt seem to care for any man getting that close."
